Here are a few tips that can help you stay healthy in life as you age.

1.Eat Healthy

You can not define a one-size-fits-all diet to be a healthy diet for everyone. Every Person’s body is different from the others and needs different types of care. So, you need to find out what sort of lifestyle and diet works best for you and in your favor. However, some general ideas that might suit everybody include eating fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, red meats and low dairy fats, etc. Never skip protein-rich food like fish, chicken beans etc. Also, make sure that you take 2 cups of fruits and veggies daily. And men should try to drink at least a gallon of water daily.

2.Maintain a Healthy Weight

A healthy weight is essential for a healthy body and mind but being overweight can often lead to a lot of problems like heart disease, muscle and joint pain, diabetes, sleep issues, etc. Men who are overweight can not build their muscles easily. To have a healthy life you need to maintain a proper sleep schedule of at least a minimum 7 hours a day. Sleep helps with boosting mental health.
